I previously created a custom version for the smaller 20100 battery, so this is an upgraded and improved edition of that one. This new model was specifically designed for Anker's larger Powercore+ 26800 PD battery, which has two decent-sized ports. I use it to charge my iPhone XS Max quickly with Anker's USB-C charge cable and Apple's USB-C to Lightning adapter. The case is printed in TPU, but it should work just as well in most other materials - you might need to scale the design by 1% either way for optimal fit.
