Because using my phone while riding the bike needs a huge amount of battery, I decided to buy an external battery pack and design a holder for my mountain bike. It suits for the Anker PowerCore 10,000 mAh, but I also added the CAD-files so you can customize it yourself for other power packs. Dimensions for the power pack are width = 63 mm, thickness = 23 mm, and height (until 1 LED) = 70 mm. I am also using this bike mount for my Samsung Galaxy S3 where I added a small hole for the charger at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:52901. It should perfectly fit under the stem with a diameter of 36 mm. For assembling you will need 4x M3 bolts with a minimum length of 15 mm and 4x M3 nuts. Maybe the third hole isn't necessary, but I added it for safety reasons. The 4 LEDs which indicate the power level are still visible upon the upper edge. 26.07.2016: I printed & tested it on my bike an it fits perfectly without any kind of rubber between the 2 parts. Also the power pack has little free space. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 15 % I designed this using PTC Creo 3.0
