For the Original Asistent from Electrolux. Can be printed using a multi material printer in one step, or as separate components. Part 1 is the roller, made from Aceton treated ABS (preferably colorless) or nylon-fill like shown in the picture. Adaptable infill must match your needs with a minimum of 2mm perimeter, while layer height is set at 0.2mm everywhere except for transitions, which makes them easier to clean. This part can be printed with or without supports depending on the printer's bridging capabilities. Part 2 is the bearing. It should be created using ABS or POM infill above 70%. Then glue it to Part 1 and apply some mild grease in its center. Drilling into the core might be required, depending on the printer's tolerances. Part 3 comprises the rubber damper and gripper, manufactured with TPE or TPU minimum 0.8mm perimeters. Modify infill as needed.
