Computer-generated animated eastern and western diamondback rattlesnakes are crafted to precisely replicate the reptiles' actual world scales, shapes, skin patterns, and colours. This pack includes a FK rig for keyframe animation and poses as well as an IK rig for animation along a spline. However, you will be responsible for setting up the spline path within your 3D application. The pack offers both low poly and high poly versions of the snake suitable for mobile game development or other real-time applications requiring optimal vertex counts. The models are provided rigged and animated in Cinema 4D R16, Lightwave 9.2, fbx 2011 (7.1), Unity 3D 5.5, and Unreal Engine 4 version 4.19 and above. Preview images were rendered using Cinema4D R16 with Redshift version 2.5.32. Included are preview scenes of the high poly model set up for rendering with Redshift version 2.5.32. Due to copyright concerns, the HDRI map used in scene setup is not provided; however, a text document within the zipped readme file contains a link to a free hdri image as well as the complete animation list. For mouth movement, opening it with blend shapes will suffice. However, if you aim to animate the tongue while the mouth is open, switching to jaw and tongue bones becomes necessary for smoother control.
