Well not exactly a "picture frame", but icons march around the frame, drawing attention to your chosen picture. Designing and printing custom icons are options, or you can use lightweight materials like heavy construction paper, balsa wood, stickers on cardboard, etc., and glue them to the pins. For the prototype, my wife requested "Lora & Greg & Lora", so I printed letters in PLA and secured each one to the pins using thick cyanoacrylate and accelerator; hot glue also works well, just not too hot. This design was created using Sketchup 8 and printed on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using Makerware 2.3.3.42.
