Animated Flags Set 1 \nThree distinct animations come alive for 12 maps, including space for your favorite flag. Bring more depth to each scene by increasing the number of flags on display. These flags experience movement due to three kinds of wind - gentle breezes, moderate gusts, and unpredictable mixtures. Created within 3ds Max, animated flags can be adapted to suit a wide range of file formats using Point Cache. With game development in mind, Unity and Unreal Engine compatibility ensures seamless integration. To animate FBX files, follow these steps: Choose any one of the three available flag models [Flag_1, Flag_2, or Flag_3]. Focus on selecting just the flag, avoiding other model parts. Visit the modify panel and navigate to the modifier drop-down list. Here, pick Point Cache (being careful not to choose its alias Point Cache WSM). In point cache parameters, tap 'Load...' and open up the corresponding folder from within your archive file. Browse through the point caches stored there and select one of three animations available. As your chosen flag takes shape, its position might change along with its rotation. This is entirely normal. By scrolling down the timeline, you can get a clear view of the animated action. These flags respond perfectly to other wind simulations, awaiting your input. Testing multiple animations on other flags adds new levels to this interactive project. Your work becomes truly alive when combining them effectively!
