Animal shelter quarantine

Fellow GrabCADers! I will need your help on this project. I am making plans for a local animal shelter in Maribor, Slovenia where I work on weekends as a volunteer. Our goal is to make a new quarantine for sick animals where they can be treated as best as possible. Main objective is to make the animals as comfortable as possible at zero possibility of contamination. Base of my design is a modular structure that can be manufactured as cost effectively as possible since the shelter is seriously lacking founds. For central heating I designed wall and floor heating with hot water, would like to make air-conditioning separate for every enclosure and in the centre of the structure an operating room for local procedures. Any help on this project is greatly appreciated. Animals and me thank you guys in advance ;)
