Air assist nozzle for better (nicer looking) laser engraving results. The air-assist nozzle can be fitted without any modification to laser and 3d-printer. To avoid supports, the "air hose_connection" has to be glued in the "nozzle_base". As well as the brass tube to the "air_connection". The "centering" should be a additive for proper alignment of laser head and nozzle (but not absolutely essential). I only use a simple fish tank air pump to generate the compressed air and it works well. Additional Material: - brass tube (5 mm outer diameter / 4 mm inner diameter / 16 mm length). - 4 screws (M3 x 18 mm) - flexible silicone tube (7 mm outer diameter / 4 mm inner diameter). Attention: Always use suitable laser protection goggles! Caution: Set in the laser menue the "High" parameter to a suitable value according to its thickness (a couple of millimeters above the material) for untroubled free moving space of laser head (nozzle)!
