Quick 'n' Dirty! I ripped out the towing hook from an old car at the junkyard to install it in my own ride. But the rubber gasket of the 13-pin plug from Herth+Buss was shot and because I wasn't in the mood for waiting on a new one (costs: unknown, around 3-4 Euros on eBay), I printed it out of ABS. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Design went straight into sketchup. Measurements: Width: 62 mm Height: 72 mm Thickness: 2 mm Edge: thickness + 3 mm Of course, the screw holes need to be drilled later on. Since there are sometimes significant weather influences and high temperatures, PLA isn't quite up for the task. For sealing I used the existing cable guide in the middle and applied a little grease against moisture at the contact points. The first print just didn't cut it, not printing the opening in the middle. But changing the pressure setting to Exclusive in Cura did the trick. My printer seems off-calibrated too, since the first print was way too small. So I just bumped up the whole print by a bit, printed with 101.7% and it fits like a glove, as you can see from the pictures.
