A cutting-edge speaker enclosure for three-inch drivers features angular design. It is printed in two components: a top and front piece, along with a bottom and back piece. These parts are then securely joined together using epoxy after the speakers and binding posts have been installed internally. Inside the enclosure, additional angular panels are strategically placed to minimize sound wave reflections from the flat back wall. Some experts argue that this is not a crucial factor, particularly for smaller speakers like this one; however, the design adds visual appeal and may contribute to improved sound quality in some manner. The speaker was printed using PLA filament, although ABS and PETG materials should yield similar results. For aesthetic purposes, Hatchbox Wood was used for the top and front pieces, while eSun Warm White material was chosen for the bottom and back sections. A 0.3mm layer height was employed for both parts to achieve a textured, layered appearance that complements the design of the speaker enclosure.
