Anglo-Saxon Runic Stones (Futhork)
thingiverse
V2: Couple updates. First, I decided to make the rune insert part go all the way through to the other side, so they're "kind of" double sided now, except mirrored. Second, I made the them flush with the surface rather than slightly inset. Third, I changed all the names, since apparently Thingiverse can't handle any unusual characters at all. Fourth, I added a blank one, to act as a wildcard. Sorry for deleting the v1 files, you can contact me for them if you want. I don't think you can nest things in subfolders on here, and 57 files are already a lot to sort through. Would anyone want a v3 where the reverse sides aren't mirror images? As-is, I kinda thought that allowed for 4 (excluding symmetric ones) potential interpretations of any given rune; forward-up, backward-down, forward-down, backward-up. V1: Dual extrusion Futhork/Anglo-Saxon rune stones, meant to be printed in 2 colors simultaneously. Of course, you can definitely just merge the models and print them one solid color too. The runes themselves are slightly inset into the stones, so even in just one color they should still show up and be easy enough to fill in with paint. The pictured print was done in PHA and then tumbled in a vibratory tumbler, and then oiled. They feel really nice that way. Also, this shouldn't have to be said, but folkish heathens are not welcome to use this. If you do, I hope they lie to you.
