Angled Vertical Foregrip (M-Lok) I was looking for foregrips on thingiverse but couldn't really find one that I liked so I decided to make one myself. I found this grip made by Strike Industries and I really liked the look of it so I decided to make this one. This is made in Fusion 360, I'm not really experienced in Fusion so the timeline is kind of a mess but I learned allot while making this. As seen in one of the images, I printed quite a few prototypes until it was perfect. I'll include the .STEP file for people who want to make some kind of remix. Files included are the foregrip, the grip plates, and for the people who don't want to print them seperate there is also a grip with plates. When printing the grip and plates seperate you can mix different colors however you like. I would love to see some makes - All files are already in the right rotation which they should be printed in. - - Support is already build in so it should be turned off in the slicer. - - Raft is necessary for the grip plates and recommended for the grip itself. - (the real thing: https://www.strikeindustries.com/si-ar-cmag.html). If you are using OEM Magpul hardware, check out the remix made by ColdWarPatriot. Print Settings Printer: Artillery Sidewinder X1 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 33% Triangles, 3 Walls/Perimeters Filament: Colorfabb PLA Economy Grey, Black, Bronze Notes: 33% Infill (Triangles) and 3 walls/perimeters is actually really strong so that's what I'm using. Using a raft for the grip plates is pretty much necessary, I also use a raft for the grip itself but if you want to, you can print the grip without a raft. Post-Printing Attach Plates To attach the plates to the grip you can use something like superglue, put glue on the back of the plate and push it on the grip while aligning it. Sanding For Post-Printing you could sand the bottom smooth if you want, I mostly leave it like this because you rarely see or touch the bottom part of the grip. Use Case I personally use this grip on my airsoft gun, but I'd say you can use it for real firearms too because it's quite strong. Category: Sport & Outdoors
