Angled Speaker Wall Mount

This is a custom speaker wall mount I designed to elevate my rear surround speakers near the ceiling. My Monoprice speakers have a back face measuring 100mm wide by 160mm tall, with depth not being relevant so it's not remembered. The bracket's angle positions the speaker 5mm from the wall for optimal sound quality. A center hole is drilled for a standard 1/4" diameter machine screw that fits my speakers. I believe this size is common among speakers but I'm not certain. The design file in Sketchup is included, assuming it will require modification to accommodate different speaker sizes. If you plan to create your own version, consider improving the method of screwing in the machine screw. The instructions are as follows: first, insert the machine screw into the bracket; next, screw the bracket into a stud; then plug the wires into your speaker; finally, place your speaker on the screw and try turning it with a wrench from behind the speaker. However, this last step is awkward, making it difficult to see what you're doing. To simplify the process, I printed a flat wrench for the job. Print settings used were as follows: * Printer: Monoprice Select Mini * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 60%
