On Thingiverse, find the item with ID 86865, where the design has been modified. This new version eliminates the top rail, enabling it to be installed beneath scopes. I envision using it in conjunction with a short dot sight. A future iteration, Version 2, is planned to allow seamless mounting of RMR sights without the need for additional adaptors.
