Angled Mount for BTT Smart Filament Runout Sensor

<p>BTT Smart Filament Runout mount for Ender 3. Allows mounting of the sensor as a press fit onto the x-axis gantry with two of its existing bolts (without removing the back casing). Positions the sensor filament path at a better angle to emmulate a filament guide I had installed before. Clearance for a 40x40 heatsink on the back of the X-axis stepper.</p><p>Install a small piece of bowden tube between the sensor out and the extruder arm to guide the filament smoothly into the extruder.
