Angled iron newel shoe

This model is designed for a uniquely angled shoe that fits snugly around an iron newel post, precisely tailored to complement a 1 3/16" square newel. Its purpose is to skillfully conceal the interface between the iron newel and knee wall. Print Settings Supports: Yes Notes: We printed with the angled face pointing downwards (the piece that mates with the knee wall) first. Unfortunately, we encountered some challenges with the angled part cracking or separating at the layers of plastic (which we suspect was due to temperature-related issues). However, by using glue and wood filler, we were able to touch up the flaws effectively. Post-Printing The shoe was carefully spray-painted a matte black to perfectly match the newel.
