This 3D model was initially built with Sketchup 8 and subsequently translated into various 3D formats. The native file format is .skp, while 3ds Max scene was created in 2016 using 3ds Max software, rendered using Vray 3.00 technology. Dubbed the "45-degree Garage" model, this house plan features a unique design where the garage angles sharply at 45 degrees relative to the main house. This house has four spacious bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, with an impressive three-car garage located in the back. The master bedroom is conveniently situated on the primary floor level, ensuring easy access and comfort for residents. Inside the great room lies a breathtaking vaulted ceiling that stretches upwards, giving it an expansive feel and creating the perfect ambiance for gatherings and relaxation. As one moves through the main floor, you'll find nine-foot ceilings, which immediately set a luxurious tone throughout the house's main living spaces. Not only that, but you can also discover three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a linen closet conveniently situated on the 2nd floor. While this design was originally based on a publicly available plan from the internet, its secondary level has undergone some personal design adjustments due to the houses' unique roofing structure. There is a generous storage space atop the garage that serves as an accessible loft via stairs originating from the second level of the house, where it also provides access to more utility needs or extra belongings. Note: I made slight changes for easier understanding
