I crafted this bracket to subtly shift the extruder motor's position while rotating it by 15 degrees. This enables the filament to follow a more organic curve into the extruder feed frame. The motor remains entirely out of the printable area, posing no interference at all. A slot on the backside of the bracket keeps the extruder wires securely in place. I also designed a complementary filament guide that helps keep the filament away from the Z-axis rod. This filament guide is completely optional. The motor will attach to the bracket using the original screws. To secure the bracket, you'll need four #6-32 x 3/4" bolts and four #6-32 nuts. You can opt for similar hardware if needed. I managed to snag a pack of eight bolts and eight nuts at Home Depot for under $1.50. Once you install this bracket, you might want to shorten the bowden tube to prevent it from rubbing against the power supply unit.
