If you've ever needed to take an angle in a space that regular tools can't reach into, this could be your solution. This "Angle Taker" is designed to measure angles in tight spaces. It's printed in two parts (one file) that fit together with a small amount of tension. This tension holds the angle when you place the base part on a flat surface and align the rotating part with the surface you want to determine the angle of. It will fit into very small spaces, and since it has designed-in tension, nothing needs to be tightened to lock the angle. Place the Angle Taker on a protractor or align your smartphone with an angle-measuring app to determine the angle taken. This handy little tool is very convenient. If the tension wears away to the extent that it won't hold an angle anymore, simply print another one. Please note there are two versions provided. The 2-Part version requires you to install the arm post after printing. The one-part version will print both parts in one go, so no assembly is required - which can be easier since pushing the parts together can be tricky. However, this means excellent build plate adhesion is essential for the rotating center part, so it won't rotate during printing.
