angle magnetic clamps
thingiverse
I was desperate for an angle clamp to hold plastic together at any angle until the glue dried. This DIY solution delivered. It leverages four 20x10x2mm rare earth magnets, epoxy-glued into the arms, and two M8 nuts and bolts to connect those arms firmly together. A gap is carefully crafted in the design to allow a glue brush to reach the join while everything remains clamped. To simplify measurements, I also added locating notches at the pivot point for quick identification of 90-degree and 45-degree angles.
