During my internship, I had to analyze a mechanism at the production line's end. This device utilizes air pressure from the hydraulic cylinder on its backside to elevate and lower angle gauges on the front side, ensuring consistency of parts post-production. Over time, this system has evolved with enhancements such as lubrication within interior wear plates and the main block, integrated tool holders in the form of small cylinders welded onto sides, and a rubberized material wear plate positioned above the hydraulic cylinder for improved durability.
