Angle Guide for a Sander/Table saw

thingiverse

I designed this to replace the faulty angle guide on my sander. The pivot is a clearance hole for an M5 screw that fits perfectly. The distance between the pivot and the groove of the angle clamp is precisely 40mm. I also successfully used it on my table saw with excellent results. Print Settings: Printer: Alanar Anet A8 Rafts: None needed Supports: No extra support required Resolution: Printing at a precise .2mm layer height, and a .4mm nozzle for crisp details Infill: A 25% infill density provides the perfect balance of strength and weight
