Angle Grinder Holder/Bracket
thingiverse
I designed a bracket to hold my trusty Ingersoll-Rand Edge Series pneumatic angle grinder in our machine shop's easy reach. It gets used frequently, so it needed to be convenient. UPDATE- I upgraded the bracket to securely cradle the grinder flat and provide better support; make sure you're using V2. Taking a look at the photo will show that I angled the bracket slightly forward, which seemed to help the grinder sit more comfortably. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Resolution: .2mm Infill: 40% Notes: To print successfully, rotate the model so its bottom is facing down; this allows it to be printed without support material. When using Slic3r, I had to rotate the X-axis by 270 degrees. I printed with ABS plastic, and while PLA should work well too, I haven't tested it yet.
