An Angle Measuring Device featuring a measuring range from 10° to 170° with 1° scale divisions can be manually adjusted for angle and position on the guide rail. The hardened guide rails and satin chrome-plated angle plate ensure accurate, glare-free readings. All metric threads (M3) are modeled with theoretical values and no clearance. The compression spring's neutral length is 8.5mm. Threaded bolts and slotted screws should be fixed using inner threads through laser welding, hard soldering, or other suitable processes. Assembling the guiding component with a threaded bolt and knurled nut may be tricky but possible.
