Angle Block
thingiverse
This is a straightforward gauge block used to determine the elevator push tube length on a Van's RV10. The specified angle of 91.4 degrees, as outlined in the plans, is precisely set into place. Upon completion of printing, it is crucial to inspect the tool against the original design and take precise measurements with a protractor to confirm that your printed version accurately replicates the intended angle. I utilized 20% infill and no additional specialized settings while printing this part using Cura on my MonoPrice Mini V2. The block measures 3mm in thickness, with its triangular legs standing at 85x85mm. It was printed face-up with the lettering positioned on top, followed by coloring in the recessed text with a black sharpie pen for enhanced clarity.
