Angle Bearing Vise Jaw (Sine Bar/Jaw)

I have not had a chance to machine this. The idea is to block it up like a sine bar. It's purpose is to quickly machine angles on small work pieces to be used as tooling. In a future release I will add a vernier scale to the face of the jaw and mechanism for locking the sine bar in place. Please read the .nfo in the zip and keep yourfrienddaedalus in mind if you decide to manufacture this. You do not want to overcut the slot for the carriage, the rail, or undercut the carriage. Those pieces need to be accurate for this piece of tooling to be rigid. It will not be difficult if you know what you are doing and pay attention while machining it.
