angle 90° 3cm
cults3d
90 degree mini square with 2 holes for 10mm and 20mm markings. 3 pieces to be printed and planned to be fixed with 4 M2 screws of max 7mm to not protrude from the face. The screw head protrudes a little, this is my compromise between the size and thickness of the piece, and having the full length of screw filleting that holds the plastic. A square must ALWAYS be checked My method is : (see pictures ^^ ) -a surface that we know is square (the long board) -make a first drawing of a side -go back over it by changing side -if the two traces overlap without being distinguished, we are at 90°. -if not, loosen the screws a little, put on the hot plate of the printer 2-3 minutes and square by tightening on the surface that we know to be square, letting the plastic cool. ==>check if it is at 90°.
