Here is Angela Merkel's bust 3D model, ready for full-color 3D printing. The current size is 5 cm in height, but feel free to scale it as needed. A zip file containing the obj model with a texture in png format is included. This model was created using ZBrush, Mudbox, and Photoshop software. If you'd prefer to print with standard materials, I've also attached an stl file for your convenience.
