Remixed stoutwind's 80mm holder by taking out the inner wall, punching a hole for wires, and scaling it up for both 100mm and 80mm sizes. You might want to print at 101% or so, as it fits really tightly on my LED ring. You can buy the LED rings on eBay, look for "LED angel eye white" in your preferred size, they're used to modify car headlights. A pair of 12v rings costs about $3.
