Angel adjustable aluminium frame holder
thingiverse
I wanted a triangular fly screen frame that matched my existing windows, so I used the aluminum screens I'd already purchased. After creating some initial angled frames that broke easily when I tried to assemble them, I designed these free-angle versions. Each connector is printed in pairs and secured with M4 screws and a washer for extra holding power. This design makes it easy to transport the pre-made screen to its installation site. The dimensions are based on my frame set, which measures 9.3 to 10.6 cm. With some minor resizing, this design should work on other square frames as well. I may upload additional STLs for some of the aluminum square profiles I use after further testing. To assemble the finished product, you'll need two printed parts, one washer, one M4 nut, and one M4x5 screw.
