Anet Y axis belt clamp
thingiverse
After assembling your anet a8, you may have noticed that the Y-axis belt runs in a triangular path. The mounting point to the bed is set too high, which prevents the belt from running straight from the motor to the pulley/belt tensioner. This design issue causes the bed to travel different distances depending on its position, rather than moving the same distance regardless of its location. To correct this problem, you'll need to install a new belt system. The clamp has been precisely engineered with GT2 belt profile grooves to provide a secure grip on the belt. To ensure proper installation, insert about five 'bumps' onto the belt and screw it down firmly. Insert the belt on each side so that there are one or two grooves remaining in between. You can reuse the original screws, as they are long enough to accommodate the new setup.
