Anet Tabbed Magnetic Extruder Fan Access
thingiverse
Hi, I loved the FrazerMaker design - all praise goes to its creator! However, I needed to use different magnets, and I wanted a safer support for the fan. I added two pins to provide support and alignment for the fan while using magnets just to keep the pieces attached. Four 2mm round magnets are used in this modified version. The pins and magnet pockets have a 0.1mm tolerance, ensuring they fit nicely together. You may need a single drop of glue to secure the magnets in place. This modified design works with both Anet A6 and Anet A8 printers, but it currently supports only 40mm fans. To build this, simply print two units and follow the instructions found on the original project page, which also includes fan protection.
