Anet N4 - Linear Rail Adapter

I created this adapter to replace the cylindrical rails with MLG12 200mm linear rails in order to improve the print quality. In my case I drilled holes into the column, but you can use some sort of epoxy or cyanoacrylate to bond it. I've included a "gluing jig", print at least 4 of those to support the column and align the rails properly flat on a table. Also the rails should be spaced off 15mm away from the top if you're measuring with the top plate included or 7mm if you have removed it. IMPORTANT: the rails must be aligned flush to facing to the front of the printer, check the images. If you're having z-wobble, check the following: lead screw might be bent slightly, so once you disassemble the printer try to address that. You can also check the wobbling if you remove the pin-lock and bearing, then control the printer moving the head up and down. Print settings Walls: 6+ Infill space: 2mm Infill line width: 0.45mm Bottom/Top layers: 8 Print vertically, I added a skirt around the object to help with adhesion. Printing this way the part is stronger and more rigid. Please consider tipping/donating if this saves you time and headaches.
