More awesome photos are coming your way! Make sure to read the entire description before printing it out. I had a problem with thermal runaway, so I thought maybe my plug connection was bad on the hot bed. Turns out, my thermistor had a broken wire! To solve this issue, I designed something that clips onto the heated bed's connection point and uses a 2.5mm wide cable tie or wire tie around the plug in the groove. This way, the plug won't flex and can't move in and out, creating a more solid connection. My printer has been modified to use two "tap washers" instead of springs for bed level adjustment. This part is designed to sit under those tap washers (8mm high from the hot bed mounting plate to the underside of the hot bed). If you can tell me the height from the underside of your bed to the top of the platform (where the spring that's leveling the bed is), I can modify the print to fit your printer perfectly! The end where the cable leaves the support brace has one hole for a 2.5mm cable tie to secure the wires and two holes that will be used to mount a cable chain. That's still in the design phase, but it'll be done and tested in a few weeks. Let me know if you have any questions or requests! I'll answer as soon as possible.
