Anet E16 Dual 30mm Fan Duct

This is an impromptu creation born out of frustration with the unavailability of specific upgrade parts for Anet E16. Although it may still require some fine-tuning, I am fairly certain that it will work as intended. The parts cooler and hotend fan duct can be printed in two pieces and utilize factory mounting points, except for the need to use two M3 machine screws to secure the parts cooler to its mount and twelve additional M3 screws to hold the fans in place. This design was tailored around a Micro Swiss hot end, but it will also fit seamlessly on the stock E16 unit. I made sure that the cooling duct is height-adjustable, allowing for flexibility when using different hot ends and nozzles.
