Anet E12 Z stop simple adjuster

This design was actually built from scratch in Fusion 360, although the major dimensions were taken directly from ((https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2865679) created by CamasE). I quickly discovered my E12 printer wasn't printing well right out of the box and the two test G codes wouldn't stick to the bed. During diagnostics, it was found that the bed was concave (a common issue), so I wanted to fit the wedge (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2480072, CR-10 Wedge Jack by StageOne) underneath but had insufficient clearance with the standard Z home position. I designed this adjustment to be simple to install and provide a substantial yet accurate range. From the original design, I added a lip that gives more clearance from the micro-switch lever pivot. The top leading edge is now chamfered to clear the screw head on the X carriage. The hole is threaded M3 if you need fine adjustment but in practice, it wasn't necessary for my application. To install the bracket, I used a spare T nut and allen (M5 x 10mm) screw from a CNC engraver kit. These can be purchased on E-Bay quite cheaply. You will need to trim back around 15mm of the orange plastic slot cover. Make sure you move the extruder carriage to its limit position before installing the bracket to ensure sufficient clearance for it to make the limit switch. This is my first upload to Thingiverse, and I hope it's helpful to someone.
