Anet E10 Y-Axis timing belt tensioner

Modifying my Y axis belt tensioner wasn't too difficult. However, the ball bearings in the deflection roller broke quite frequently. Clearly, a more reliable solution was needed. This alternative appears to be very promising. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2940114 I found the screw and knob designs quite nice but not particularly useful. The base frame is perfect, though. I also encountered issues with the thread. Unfortunately, the Knob didn't fit the screw. This might be a problem specific to my 3d printer. Moreover, it's unclear how to determine the correct length of the screw. These challenges motivated me to redesign this project. To assemble the deflection roller correctly, you'll need a screw that is either M3 or M5 x 25mm in size. Be sure to choose the right type of screw for your deflection roller. If you want to modify the openSCAD file, you will first need to download the screws and nuts library. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3131126
