I swapped out the fan shroud to incorporate a holder for my BL-Touch. The BL-Touch does not cover airflow and is positioned 31mm to the left and 15mm in front of the nozzle on my E10. It works flawlessly with Marlin 2.0.4.4. You might need two M3 nuts and two M3 screws... I based this modification off of thing #2481362 at Thingiverse.com.
