Mounting a Laser on a 3D Printer Saves an Engraver. First, connect the 33mm laser to the 12-volt nozzle fan. This is a crucial step in preparing your printer for laser engraving tasks. Next, because the 12mm laser operates at 5 volts, you'll need to add a resistor and connect it directly to the nozzle fan. This ensures that both lasers are working within their optimal voltage ranges. To secure the 12mm laser radiator, provide two 10mm countersunk head screws. These will keep everything in place while maintaining airflow through your printer's system. When it comes to mounting the 33mm laser, you have flexibility - choose either a bottom or side-mounted setup, as there are no pre-drilled holes for this specific component. Finally, consider adding a 30mm laser support grinding attachment. This optional accessory can help improve your engraving results by providing additional stability and precision control during the process. I removed the first laser mounting system to make way for these new upgrades and improvements.
