This remix is a direct result of the incredible work done by Nystao on his X-carriage. I would like to express my gratitude to him for providing me with the original files, which served as the foundation for this project. The X-carriage designed for Anet E10 / E12 utilizes Vslot wheels on the stock Anet extrusion profile (Tslot), resulting in a perfect fit. You can witness its performance in action by visiting the following YouTube video: Summary ======== This carriage requires three common Vslot wheels, which have been carefully dimensioned as follows: Vslot Wheel Dimensions The Vslot wheels seamlessly integrate with the Anet's stock extrusion profile, and when used, they significantly improve the carriage's movement. The original wheels were too loose to produce good prints over an extended period. I am currently utilizing the enhanced fan shroud designed by CNCKitchen; however, the original version also functions effectively. Improvement ------------ This redesigned X-carriage offers several notable improvements: * Tight game: The carriage is exceptionally well-maintained. * Adjustable bottom wheel position * Integrated belt holders/parallizer * Support for BLtouch Requirement -------------- To assemble this carriage, you will need to print the following components: * 1 carriage (approximately 5mm higher than Nystao's original design) * 3 spacers for wheels (stock spacers are too long) * 1 bottom (identical to Nystao's version) * 1 right belt holder (same as Nystao's version) * 1 left belt holder (shorter than the original) * 1 BLTouch support (optional) In addition, you will require three Vslot wheels and a few M3 CHC screws and nuts. The carriage reuses stock screws for the wheels. BLTouch Offset ---------------- To utilize this X-carriage with BLtouch, please note that you must modify your Marlin or other firmware as follows: * X offset: -32 * Y offset: -12 To learn more --------------- I have not tested the B option (left belt holder from Nystao) in conjunction with this carriage, as I am uncertain about its compatibility with the modified X end stop. If you are able to test it, please provide feedback. This design has only been tested with the X endstop at its original position.
