ANET E-10 tpu block clip

I uploaded a newer file for the block clip that better fits the groove wheel of the filament feeder, eliminating any issues with movement or rotation. This updated design keeps the clip firmly in place, preventing it from obstructing the turning of the groove wheel and ensuring smooth operation. The flat side of the clip now faces the exit side of the filament guide. This simple clip solved my problems using TPU with my ANET E10 3D printer by securing the filament in place as it passes through the feed motor guide and bowden tube. Although the ANET E10 comes equipped with a well-designed aluminum filament feeder, it wasn't enough to prevent occasional kinking and jamming of the TPU. By attaching this clip to the backside of the roller bearing on the feed motor guide, I was able to eliminate these issues altogether. With this clip in place and correct feed settings for the specific type of TPU being used, users can likely resolve their issues with filament feeding. I've successfully printed numerous pieces using both PolyFlex and YOYI TPU without any problems, using feed rates of 30mm/s and 15mm/s respectively. To install this clip, simply remove the grooved wheel, snap it into place, and then reattach the wheel to its base. The grooved wheel should now turn freely within the clip.
