Anet AM8 Variant

This modification brings the AM8 up to par with its original design, except for a side extrusion adjustment. By utilizing 364 mm long 2040 extrusions instead of the standard 340 mm length, I regained the lost 24mm and eliminated collisions when pausing my printer. The upgrade allows me to continue using the stock software, as I've heard numerous complaints about upgrading to Skynet. To assemble this modified version, you'll need various parts that I've included in this package. Key changes include: * Using 364mm instead of 340mm 2040 Extrusions * Refer to other attached items for additional components used in this assembly Some parts originate from Anet AM8 additions found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2283772, while the fan cover comes from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051085. The front smooth rod holders are designed with a stop inside, limiting the insertion of only 8mm of the rod and allowing for an additional 12mm recovery at the front. To accommodate the bed wire constrainer, the h-frame must be drilled and countersunk from the bottom to utilize flat screws, preventing collisions with the screw in the back smooth rod holder. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Pheneeny for their exceptional design. I've built a total of three printers so far – two using the original design and one incorporating these modifications. My next project is a black and red printer, where I plan to substitute the stock smooth rods with 2020 extrusions and potentially eliminate the vertical smooth rods altogether, replacing them with 2040 extrusions as guides. If everything goes smoothly, I aim to publish this updated design within three weeks. Update: A jig designed to set the distance from the back of the printer to the back of the vertical extrusion is available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2464467. Update: Added a carriage wires constrainer. Update: Included a display adapter and bracket that prevent the tensioner screw from colliding with the display.
