The frame is constructed with square steel tubulars measuring 25x25. The required dimensions for cutting the tubulars are specified on the drawing, which includes: 2 pieces at 362mm 2 pieces at 323mm 1 piece at 373mm 2 pieces at 397mm These tubes are then welded together according to the dimensions outlined in the drawing. All plastic components are fabricated from PETG, a material renowned for its superior mechanical properties. For securing purposes, self-tapping screws with a diameter of Ø4 and length of 12mm were utilized.
