Jig for Easy, Fast, Exact, and Symmetric Setting of Both Z-Axis Shafts. I Designed This Tool Specifically for My Anet A8 E3D V6 Mod with Non-Original X-Carriages. The Closest Distance in the Z-Axis Home Position Between the X-Carriage and the Z-Motor Holder Is 46mm. To Accommodate Different Types of Extruders, Jets, and Configurations, I Prepared Multiple Sizes for Selection. Choose Your Preferred One and Print It. **Setting Procedure:** 1. Ensure All Axes Are in Their Home Positions. 2. Disable the Steppers. 3. Manually Move the Extruder to Its Center Position. 4. Place the Jig Between the X-Axis Carriage and the Stepper Motor Holder on the Left Side, Ensuring Contact by Manually Turning with the Lead Shaft. 5. Place the Jig Between the X-Axis Carriage and the Stepper Motor Holder on the Right Side, Again Ensuring Contact by Manually Turning with the Lead Shaft. 6. Repeat Step 4 for Precision Alignment. 7. Repeat Step 5 to Secure Symmetry. 8. Position the Jig in the Space Between the Left or Right Stepper Motor and the Frame. **Final Step:** The jig was printed on an Anet A8 3D Printer using the following settings: * Layer Height: 0.2mm * Infill Percentage: 15%
