Anet A8 Z Switch Adjuster
thingiverse
This Anet A8 Z height adjuster simplifies nozzle height adjustments significantly. One turn of the adjuster results in a precise .5 mm movement. The adjuster's default position is set to down, ensuring positive and precise adjustments. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .200mm (medium Simplified 3D) Infill: 30% Notes: Note that the sliding parts may require a little finishing with a file or sandpaper to achieve a smooth fit. Remove small amounts at a time to avoid excessive slop. Once tightened, the main adjuster should slide freely, with only drag provided by the legs on the back piece. The left preload should tighten completely and exert force on the main adjuster, but do not over-load. I designed this component using Corel Draw and recreated it in 3D using Autodesk 123 Design. Materials Required: Parts: 2pcs, 3mm X 25mm .5 Countersunk Screw 1pcs, 3mm X 20mm .5 Machine Screw 4pcs, 3mm .5 hex nuts
