This Anet A8 Z height adjuster makes nozzle height much easier to maintain, 1 turn = .5 mm movement. Adjuster is loaded to the down position making adjustments very positive and precise. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .200mm (medium Simplified 3D) Infill: 30% Notes: Note: The sliding parts may take a little finishing with a file or sandpaper. Take off a little at a time to assure a smooth sliding fit with minimal slop. With the countersunk screw tightened the main adjuster should slide free with only drag provided by the legs on the back piece. Preload on the left should tighten up completely and not move putting down force on the main adjuster. Do not over load. How I Designed This Designed in Corel Draw and recreated in 3D using Autodesk 123 Design. Materials Needed Parts: Parts: 2pcs, 3mm X 25mm .5 Countersunk Screw 1pcs, 3mm X 20mm .5 Machine Screw 4pcs, 3mm .5 hex nuts (I used leftover screws and nuts from my A8 build)
