Anet A8 Z-motor position adjustment, prevent misalignment
thingiverse
You can enjoy precise and perfectly synchronized control of both motors on the Z axis with this setup. A common issue I've encountered is that after several prints, one of the Z-axis motors drifts out of sync by a few millimeters, leading me to unnecessarily recalibrate the bed when what's really needed is simply to get the two Z axes back in sync. To make adjustments: Use a wood screw with a 3.5mm diameter and either 16 or 20mm length.
