This sleeve is ideal for installing PTFE bushings like those available from AliExpress:\r\n\r\nhttps://www.aliexpress.com/item/JETTING-10PCS-Wear-Resisting-SF-1-Self-Lubricating-Bearing-Bushing-8x10x12mm/32825258959.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.t7Istv\r\n\r\nThe sleeve measures 60mm x 15mm with an inside diameter of 10mm.\r\n\r\nMy Z axis was experiencing significant wobble, and the linear bearings weren't providing sufficient support.\r\nThe new PTFE bushings paired with this sleeve give the X carriage increased rigidity, eliminating the Z axis wobble.\r\n\r\nSimply push out the existing bearings and insert the new sleeve.\r\nApply a bit of loctite to the bearings to secure them in place.
