ANET A8 Z-Axis Linear Bearing Clamp
thingiverse
This is an upgraded design of the bottom clamp for the z-axis linear bearing shafts from the ultimate stabilizer component on the A8 form Digital Sqrt. I made some adjustments to give it more substance in the z-direction and along the thin axis of the clamp, so I thickened it up a bit and squared off all the edges. It's now sized to accommodate a standard M3 25mm bolt, while still requiring a 20mm M3 bolt for the clamp itself. The hex slot is deep enough to fit a nylock nut securely. Holes are slightly undersized to provide a snug fit, so you'll need to press-fit the nut for the clamp. I used standard PLA material for this remake.
