Anet A8 Y-Undercarriage 4x LM8UU with Belt-Tensioner

I've designed an undercarriage for four standard LM8UU bearings, integrating a belt tensioner into the Y-belt, with all holes and screws sized for M3 diameter using a 5.5mm nut wrench size. There are two versions to accommodate either the original acrylic panel or a base made from at least three pieces of anodized flat aluminum profile, each 50mm wide and 4mm thick. The mounting holes allow for building the H-shape with the specified profile. Using the higher version enables you to install a square panel of your choice. The SCAD files provided are only the base design; additional parts were created using OpenSCAD after initiating the project. The H-profile is merely an example arrangement, demonstrating how the parts should be configured. The primary difference between Version 1 and 2 lies in the configuration of smaller components. The print dimensions measure 191.5mm x 190mm, ensuring a smooth printing process. Please replace the Y endstop switch. One lower version was printed using PLA with a 0.25mm resolution on an Anet A8 B, achieving a precise fit. Due to its higher rigidity, PLA is recommended for this project. UPDATE: Initially, Version 1 was designed for a 50mm x 4mm profile based on incorrect information provided by the online catalog. However, upon discovering that local markets only offered 50mm x 3mm profiles, I adapted the design and released Version 2 with corrected measurements to accommodate the available materials. A test build using this version has shown promising results; it is stiff enough, although some minor adjustments were necessary due to discrepancies between calculated and actual dimensions.
