I updated the Y idler with a M3 screw thread tensioner. The fit between the carrier and the tensionier is extremely tight, so some sanding will be necessary to achieve a snug fit. However, it works exceptionally well and has no movement whatsoever when in use. I printed the carrier with supports, positioning the 4 location lugs facing upwards.
